All shipped packages are trackable, and we will send you the trucking number via email once we receive it from our shipping company. However, please take into account that delivery times may vary based on destination country/location.
The following is an estimation for the delivery time based on destination country.
- US : 2 – 4 Business Days
- CA : 3 – 5 Business Days
- International : Varies base on destination country
- We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- Orders must be placed before 8AM PST to be processed on the same day.
- If you place your order after the cutoff times, we will process and ship the order the next business day.
- We do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
- Orders may be split into several shipments to ensure faster delivery.
Delivery times can be increased due to unexpected delays caused by holidays, bad weather or other factors. A full refund will be granted if a package will not arrive within 45 days from the time of the order.
Please note that shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses may take longer to arrive.
Order Processing times:
Please note that Order processing time must be added on to shipping times, to get the total time taken for you to receive an order upon placing it. Order processing time is between 1-2 business days and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch. Orders must be placed before 8AM PST to be processed on the same day. Please note that shipping to certain states or countries might take longer than usual.
If your received package seems to be missing any items, please do not worry! We do ship orders in multiple/separate packages every now and then, due to weight restrictions and to facilitate faster shipping once an item is in our warehouse. Simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of it right away.
Orders that are unable to be delivered
All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. Please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or irretrievable from your designated shipping address once delivered. We strongly urge you to select a secure shipping location. We can amend the address if the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. In the event your package does go missing in transit, please notify us immediately and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that you will also need to file a claim with the shipping provider as the recipient. Glitterized Life Store reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.
Delivered But Not Delivered
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier for more information. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received. Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders. If the package is returned by the post office or shipping carrier, then it will either get destroyed or become an unregistered package on the way back. Since no one is paying for the return, it might get lost on the way back or destroyed by the custom. If we receive your return package, additional fees will be charged to cover any costs incurred.
Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing. Orders on some countries might be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.
Please also note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.
